Subsidence Claims

Subsidence claims are complex problems requiring specialist input. Loss Adjusters will need convincing that the cracks are as a result of ground movement before they will allow proper investigations & specialist reports to be obtained. This process often takes months or sometimes years and Insurers often rely on the claimant losing interest in the claim and leaving it to lapse.

We are there to explain the implications of the various specialist reports and guide our Client through the claim process, setting out options and helping them to make decisions that are right for their circumstances.

We are able to help our Clients to take practical steps to find alternate accommodation,
seek their own independent reports, and repair & reinstate their buildings.

We have links with specialist companies so that whether your claim requires a contractor or a surveyor, an engineer or monitoring company we are able to call upon the services of specialist companies that we have been working alongside for many years and we can trust.

Our aim is to obtain the maximum benefit for our Clients from their Insurers, whilst removing the stress that a claim brings by guiding our Client step by step through the claim process.

Our early involvement in a claim means that we can steer a claim in the direction that best suits the circumstances of our Client. It is very easy to do or say something to Insurers or Loss Adjusters that prejudices a claim. Our involvement from the start can mean that the outcome would have been very different.

Without the help of a specialist company, you rely on the advice given by the Loss Adjuster whose job it is to reject your claim from the outset if possible or at the very least keep your Insurers expenditure to a minimum.

Impact Claims

Imagine coming home to find a vehicle has hit your home or business. Is the property safe for you to enter? Where will you sleep? How will you trade?

This is a situation that we are used to seeing and we are able to set aside the emotional response and help our Clients to take practical steps to find alternate accommodation, prevent further damage to their property, rescue their possessions, repair & reinstate their buildings and properly classify & quantify their damaged possessions.

In commercial settings we also deal with the business interruption or loss of profit aspect of the claim.
